The Fierce Foundation continues on a path of evolution that started as a concept dreamt up in February 2019. How great would it be to have a network of business-minded women to collaborate with, learn from, educate, and grow with? A woman who understands societal pressures, family expectations, and added outside stressors? These questions gave birth to this organization with the help of some like minded friends, now, Board of Directors.
Since then, we aim to invest our resources to achieve specific goals. We are accompanied by many individuals and organizations who work with us to provide resources, education, and relationship building opportunities for women. Without their expertise and resources we would not be able to achieve success.
How do we stay the course? We have created various methods to check in on members with social media followers, email, discord and other platforms to ensure we are providing what they are needing. We aim to be a resource for all women in all stages of business -- from manager, to owner, novice, to experienced. We work closely with individuals and organizations who share our mission, passion, determination, and vision for the future of women in business to make meaningful change and encourage creative solutions.
We are proud of the relationships we have cultivated to serve our ambition: to unite and empower the business woman. Our journey continues and is always evolving as we commit ourselves to the long haul.
